Trying to be as Seamless as Possible

Speaking of damaged hair, I believe that one of the biggest contributors to my hair damage was the hair tools I was using. I think that the seams in my comb helped to rip up my hair strands. This go around, when I am able to start combing my hair again, I am going to buy this comb:

The Magic Star Jumbo Rake Comb. I need a comb that has really wide teeth and that is really big. I have so much hair that anything else will not do. The last comb I used for detangling probably is the main culprit in my damaged hair, I mean, look at this plastic strand torture contraption:

It was called The Afro Master. No really, look closely at the comb! Lol. Everybody and they momma had one of these combs when I was younger. Anyway look at those razor sharp teef! Scary!

And the seams were rough inbetween the teef too! I think they were responsible for roughing up the cuticle of my hair. Old devil master! I freed my strands and threw this comb in the trash a few months ago.....hmph!

I plan on getting this Jumbo Rake comb soon because I can tell I'm going to need to start removing the shed hair from my fro very soon because it is no longer shedding on its own. It cost 17.50, which if you think about it, it really isn't that much considering it will last me for the rest of my life! Cheap combs break, quality lasts!

Link to the site for the Magic Jumbo Rake Comb (I have never personally ordered from this site, but if I am not mistaken, some people from various hair boards have, so I would do my homework before ordering from this site):
