Are You Trying To Keep Up With the Natural Hair Jones?

Be careful with experimenting (ask me how I know)
  •  What works for them may not necessarily work for you

If you got a good thing going don't change it!
  •    No breakage, no split ends or mid shaft splits, brittle hair, dry hair, excessively tangled hair-then why change?  Keep doing whatever it is that is working for you.

I know, I know, I GET IT.  It is very tempting to try out her regimen because she claimed to have went from an Amber Rose to floor length hair in 2 years.

But you have to really stop and think about what it is you are chasing.  Are the results that you want even possible for you to obtain?  Going from coarse, wiry strands to fine silky strands is probably not going to happen.  Learn to accept your hair for what it is.  Learn to work with your hair and not against it.  If you do this, your natural journey will become a walk in the park (ask me how I know).

Until we meet again,

I wish EVERY natural diva would stop for a moment and just stuck with what they know and follow their hair goals according to what they can achieve with their hair!!
    Again, WELL SAID!

  2. If it ain't broke... I agree! I regret the day I ever bought a Tangle Teezer. I wasn't even having detangling issues!! Thanks to that torture device, I had to get a haircut. Bleh!

  3. Yea you're right! I saw this just as I was thinking about getting the Yes to Cucumbers conditioner. I do have breakage and my ends are crunchy. Ah! I thought after 4 years I would figure it out.

  4. You are waaaaaaaay too right! So so so true, especially on the Amber Rose point, hahahahaha! I'm finally learning to just do what works for my hair and stop trying to experiment every ten seconds with the latest new product/tool in the natural sphere.

You're so awesome and I love your site!

    Abii x

  5. Didn't it make a big difference? It is so easy to get caught up it ain't even funny. Thanks for the love hun and thanks for stopping by :D
